The thing with 3v3 Africa is that we're going to modify it.
We're going to change the map to the newer version which is prettier and less confusing.
We're also going to increase the numer of pickable territories. We're currently testing to get the number right.

Thanks so much for posting this. The 3v3 Africa template you posted is True Skill. I assume that this will be replaced by Cycle.

Timeline for the Africa map to be finalized and updated?

Some important announcements.

First of all, the official 3v3 Africa template is here:

Compared to the previous version we've increased the numer of the pickable green territories, adjusted the number of card pieces, moved away from No-luck-cycle and picked the prettier map.

Second, we're allowing players from clans like Optimum CW, Harmony CW etc to play for their main clan without the need of clan hopping or alts.

Third, we're allowing every clan to field a second lineup, or in other words a B team. However, for this to work, you must own a second clan that you sign up as your B team.
You do NOT need to move any players to that second clan.

Rento, I think that I understand this, but for absolute clarity:

- Harmony and Harmony CW counts as one Clan for the purposes of Clan League; and
- The combined Harmony/Harmony CW can submit up to 2 Teams.

I assume that Players cannot move between Squads mid Season (e.g. if I play for Harmony B Team I would be unable to switch to Harmony A Team if they wanted me to sub-in)

That's a good question Bodski.
We've discussed it in the panel and we don't really see a reason for such restriction.
So unless someone comes up with a good reason, we will allow movements between teams A and B.
The only limit is the 3-slot total limit. And max 2 team templates.

Are the AI settings correct for the Africa game? I see on the corrected version that players turn to AI when they boot, but they don't surrender when all their human team mates do. This seems against what I grew up in the competitive Warlight strategic community rules.

They're not correct :)
Settings regarding boots/turning into AI/vacations will all get overriden and unified later.
