Sucks trashing a rare worth of uncommons but waiting to upgrade is a slower pace than the free ones you get each super so mathematically the right choice is to trash.

I didn't ascend this time so next time I avoid EH and thus the need to use TS on it.

You were still using a TS on EH? From my notes I stopped using a TS on EH once I had Insane A$B and a Rare+ MD, or just an Insane A$B and the CW boosts (which are even stronger now). That also lets you move HCCC to the very end when it's trivial and you no longer care about burning a SAC arti on it (which you can immediately unequip by SAing).

@fancy was that after you had a decent CB though? I don't go to 150% AM anymore but my score screen clearly tells me I'd run out of mercs if I didn't TS. An hour or so worth of drafting to make it.

I did indeed have a Legendary CB for that as well, looking back I picked one up quite early and always kept a CB since then (although I did churn it at least once). I was only doing 135% AM at that time as well, but keep in mind the net benefit of that Epic TS on the 421B territory is significantly less than the face value. The real delta is 421B * (0.75 - (0.2 * 0.75)) or "only" ~252.6B. That's not counting hospitals because I forget how they factor in, but that's a relatively small matter.

I will say I did fail in my attempt to drop the TS from EH a number of times (and saddling myself with drafting out) before eventually landing a success.

You should really get yourself a CB already.

That's a good point about it being less good than it appears because of js and hospitals. My numbers still don't support it but by a much narrower margin. Thanks for the tip.

I'd keep a CB if I ever saw one - haven't dug one in at least half a dozen supers, maybe a full dozen at this point. Probably keep it at L because I think my next I is A^B but I could be persuaded

I'll have to give an update as my number is way off.

I've SAed for the 48th time.

+675% AP, 18 slots (+1), 5 * 20% dig speedup.

Insane: ACB, A$B, $B, R$B, MD, TW, AV (upgrading)

Leg: AV (backup), QS, R$B (back) SAC, M$B, DB, IM - all upgrading

Epic: SC, SAC, HB, IM (all upgrading)

Did a lot of digs last go - including all digs in Hex Earth and 30 years war multiple times, hence the upgrades.

From now on, just increasing Ap % until I get to the 100 AP level.

For those interested in digging, 5x seems a good amount. After having that, the clan speed bonus, phase 4, HC bonus and 5x multi level, there's a lot of grunt work in always upgrading and redoing levels as the digs finish. I redid hardened Roman Empire so many times I was getting so little AP from it. Not that I needed AP. It is a grind, but it gave me 3 or 4 more insanes and changed the tactics for levels which was the point.

It seems like you posted Rob in both 1 and 2 SAs, I think he has 2.

100th SA done. 17.5x AP (+1650%), 22 slots, 1400 starting AP.

Insanes: A$B, ACB, CB, TW, RCB, MD, DB, AV, MCB, OV
Legs: SAC, HB

Path: Tutorial to Japan (with H Ursa Luna) -> Geopolitics -> both Far Lands -> 2x HOT, 1x HRome, 1x HScandi, 1x HCCC. Just recently I was able to start skipping CCC. One SA now takes 4-5 hours. Almost all maps take 5-15 min to clear, the exceptions being Final Earth and Drakemor which take about half an hour each. Since it's hard to reduce the clear time of any individial map anymore, at this point progression comes mostly from reducing the number of maps played, which currently stands at 19 (excluding tutorial). I will go for more AP multiplier until I reach 20x AP (+1900%), which should get me down to 17 by skipping Geopolitics and the second HOT. After that, it should be +100 starting AP all the way to 10k+ until I can skipping levels from the start.

For artis I pretty much have everything meaningful, but I guess I wouldn't be 100 SAs deep if I didn't enojy optimizing the last little bit, so I'll probably keep doing WZIB and HCCC at least until I get ACD, BMB and TMB, as well as my HB upgraded to insane.
