why paypal only?

I'd be happy to pay to War.app, but Paypal is Musk's nazi shitshow, has the worst terms and takes a huge cut and requires an account etc. Can we get additional payment methods? Direct creditcard, debit, etc etc.

in general - the idea is fine, but as workaround you can purchase in mobile app - as far as i know (on android) you can use any play store payment method.
