'Diplo Teams' mod went public a few weeks ago, and I'm looking for Feedback & Suggestions on it

What works? What doesn't work? What is it missing that you feel is essential or a strong nice to have?

1 tip so far from my usage: consider also using 'Transfer Cards' mod with it, to offset losing cards when leaving a team; or don't, if you prefer there to be a penalty to leave a team

1 piece of feedback so far: enable adding a new member to a team to retain everyone's cards and add the new member (current functionality, all team members abandon the team, lose their cards, all members join a newly created team, only the member being added brings their cards to the new team, the cards on the old team are lost to the void, not possible to reclaim)

Any other ideas?
