I'm really confused about the team ladders. It used to be that the whole team got a trophy upon reaching #1. Now does only the highest rated player on the team get it? It doesn't seem to make sense.

That must have changed as a result of people not being obliged to play the ladder in a fixed team, but also enter the ladder on your own...you can get a high ranking by getting matches with randoms every game

team ladder rework essentially killed the ladders. it was fun when it was first launched, but now there is 0 reason for anyone to attempt imo

RIP team ladders :'( I tried telling fizzer they were broken but he didn't want to hear it :'(

Any design of activity competition is bound to make it die. You want people to care and stay, return to a rating system based on skill alone.
