Add to this that you get a one time coin bonus. So it can be worth it if you want to spend a lot of time playing Idle over the next month.
At a certain point - a handful of SA's - not waiting for hospitals make SAs much quicker. At a certain point you're not upgrading hospitals as much and don't need mortars. Though it's still nice to get the bonus and wheel spin without watching ads.
The tank is showy but I never found it helpful. Though if someone wants to tackle Hardened Trisk before powerful artifacts it would certainly help.
The tank would be fairly strong for the style of play required before you can make Market Strategy work (no AV, no IASV). If you're reading this, you're probably already doing Market Strategy or are actively working towards it, so the value of the tank rapidly tends towards zero.
Nearly instant hospital upgrades would be a complete game changer if you want to SA faster, as they end up being the overwhelming majority of time spent per SA in the early-mid (~5-30 SAs) range, until you're able to start fairly aggressively trimming away levels that need hospitals and also trimming away the hospital upgrades still needed on the levels you do play.
