there is currently a greenland FFA on open game, with a good turnout and good play. (no bad blood between any players)
I posted this, "i thought this was a pretty neat map to see so looked up its details. the author joined WZ aug 2016 and was last seen 2,712 days ago, or he's been inactive for almost 8 years. just to remind people there are 2,885 different templates online that someone has gone to the trouble of making for our future enjoyment. I sent him a message thanking him for his map, letting him know a FFA is being played currently."

It would be nice to remember past contributors (of good and bad content) of their contribution.

my suggestion would be to have a lighter content that brings people in at least once a week to check in:

"long-lost map of the week"

every week to profile a long lost map that may have been forgotten or not played in a long time.
some maps obviously were given care and attention during their creation.


those that like what they see, can create a multi-day game
maybe to encourage interest, fizzer can donate 1 gold prize purse for the first five games created each week using the "game of the week"
