I don't know what happened. Some update made everything 3d. I turned that off, but now the font and everything else is half size, and I lost my reading glasses. How do I fix this?

You may have moved the UI Scale slider near the top.

If so, good luck moving it back; it's very squirrelly.

edit: maybe there should be a feature request to change it from a slider to a numeric input
