I'm investigating an issue that appears to affect a small number of users on certain internet providers. To help me identify the cause, could you please perform the following steps and send me the results?
If you're using Windows:
- Open Command Prompt.
- Run the following command: curl -v
https://warappcdn.com/- Please copy and paste the entire output into an email to me at fizzer@war.app.
- Next, run: tracert warappcdn.com
- Again, copy and paste the complete output.
If you're using macOS or Linux
- Open Terminal and run: curl -v
https://warappcdn.com/- Copy and paste the complete output into an email to me at fizzer@war.app.
- Then run: traceroute warappcdn.com
- Copy and paste the complete output.
Also let me know:
- Your Internet Service Provider (for example, Xfinity, Spectrum, AT&T, Verizon, etc.).
- Whether you're using Wi-Fi or a cellular connection.
These tests do not make any changes to your computer or network. They simply provide diagnostic information that will help me determine where the connection is failing.
