I don't know if this is a category anyone tracks or cares to track, but I just finished getting all Techs on all Levels. Hex Earth and Thirty Years War were pretty painful, just because of the slow mining and expensive smelting, and the Marketplaces don't give enough cash to buy everything you need (and even then, not everything can be bought).

I wouldn't recommend the goal, unless you have a self-destructive streak in you.

At a certain point it's the only idle achievement to go for - aside from at the end of the universe achievement of getting insanes of all possible artifacts, which pretty much means you're near infinite SAs.

Surprised you didn't mention 7 years war. That level is kind of sadistic. Or masochistic depending on your view.

That said, once you get a lot of AP, you can use those AP on all the ore bonuses you'd never think of using otherwise, use market raids you don't use anymore, and it's done in under a week. But then you wonder why did you put yourself through it all....
