I'm sorry, but war.app was such a fail of a name selection. Has no personality, makes it incredibly confusing to say to someone to explain what it is, and doesn't even sound like a game.

Was this just getting excited over getting access to a simple URL? I just really cannot rationalize the decision in any way. I literally have never cared about the name of a game before. But it is somehow so bad that it has forced me to.

warzone sounds way more fitting to the topic of the game, like war with zones. though I understand why change of the name was necessary, as one greedy corporation did not bother itself with online ethics.

warlight is an og name, though I don't have any nostalgia for it as I got into the game first somewhere at 2018, and overall think that the name is kinda odd.

war.app sounds cringe asf. at this point name it like war.io, as any other quirky online game did before.
