The priority order card says that it makes the FIRST attack/transfer order after it to happen after oppoment's FIRST. What would happen if multiple priority cards are played? How about delay cards, and how does stacking them work?

the cards stack so if you both play op whoever had prio keeps it unless the opponent plays more op cards. i’m guessing it’s the same with od card.
