First of all a question regarding to the minimal territory size:

Though using 20x20px circles - in the meantime - I'm unsure if this would still get an approval..

Yeah, looks like 20x20 isnt big enough anymore, as the 2 digit numbers are going over the borders of their territory.

Are you constrained to having such small territories by the map? I think 25x25 would work better, but you would need to have the space for it of course...

24x24 is the minimum for the map to look good, 20x20 is the bare minimum

I think some of the center points for the circle territories are slightly off and that causes double digit army numbers to not fit.
Could do with slightly bigger circles though to be on the safe side.

Well, for the islands/coastline this is a manageable task - but there are several dense areas to redraw :/
(Also I thought there had been circulating some maps with similar mini-territories)

The scaling of the globe isn't possible anymore .. instead I would go as often as possible for the 24x24px and try to 'outsource' some bonus-circles in the congesting areas.
