Whenever I use the Item value artifact, the items value should be increased.
I have it in Epic, meaning a 32% increase in value, however, equipped or not, item value does not change.

It's odd, because I remember it worked before, but now it doesn't.

Item Value artifact will not increase alloy price, you need Alloy Value artifact for that.

My bad, there is a distinction between alloy and items, true.

Same for ore.

There are different Advancements & Artifacts for each of Ore, Alloys & Items (crafted).

Important to take note of this when selling each of them. Ore has its own tab, but both Alloys & Items sell from the Market tab.
