I have always wondered about this and I think there are a few reasons why they can't exist

1. AIDS would have destroyed the Vampiric Disease before it spread throughout the whole body
2. Gerbils would have eaten the Gay Vampire from the inside due to internal organs not needing to work
3. God is now accepting of Gays which means that they can use divine protection against Vampires

I have never seen a Gay Vampire and I think these are the reasons they don't exist

1. doesn't exist as an infectious disease caused by hiv
2. the natural immortality of vampires was put into fiction to obscure actual vampirism which is simply prolonging one's life by feeding on the blood of the young.
