So half of the fights have started, four pairings are still in the pick/ban phase. (schwarz vs. malakkan battle started too with their first two games, but three pick/ban steps still left for them)
Congrats to Hergul, with this win he advanced to the quarterfinals, faced to Malakkan.
I have created their (malakkan vs. Hergul) pick/ban chat game https://war.app/MultiPlayer?GameID=22859538 And their first two games has already been chosen and started (see below)
Congrats to MoD, with these two wins he is the first player who advanced to the semifinal (with 3:1). Btw, I think it was a strategic mistake to play RT againts MoD. I mean, imo MoD has got one of the best B(/C) game in WZ, so beat him RT is not easy.
The decider game of the hexe1309 vs. Turkish first round battle was finished.
Timi won on Strategic Greece (Turkish' choice) https://war.app/MultiPlayer?GameID=22801299 (after the picks, I would have wondered how Timi could win that match, but Turkish booted :( )
Thus, the last fight of first round was finished too, congrats to Timi for making it to the quarterfinals, where faced to Suschel.
I have created the pick/ban chat game of the Suschel vs. hexe1309 quarterfinal battle https://war.app/MultiPlayer?GameID=23085806 And their first two games has already been chosen and started (see below)
The pick/ban phase of the malakkan vs. Hergul quarterfinals battle were finished:
Rak won on French Brawl (FSG's choice) https://war.app/MultiPlayer?GameID=22729401 (This is an even more surprising event than the previous one, an FSG defeat on FB?! What's next, Doomsday? :D )
FSG, you woke up the French beast (see in 2019 topic) and the monster is now burying you as he promised :P In any case, the challenge is there: to win three matches in a row after the above two demotivating defeats. Tough challenge, good luck mate! ;)
I have created their third game on Battle Islands V (Rak's choice)
So 2:2, and need the decider game. The decider game is on Malakkan's choice, but I can’t say it’s an advantage for him because so far they’ve both lost on their chosen templates :)
Luck settings rulez! :) Malakkan's counter picks and Fortune quickly destroyed Hergul's hopes. Congrats to Malakkan for the semifinal, and good luck againts MoD!
