If you're talking about who contributed the most to victory, then in WWI it was France, Britain, their colonies to some extent, USA, and I don't know about Russia and Israel and Arabia. In WWII it was Britain, Russia, British colonies, America, China, and to some extent rebels all over Europe and Greece.
If it's who got what they wanted, then in WWI it was France, Britain, nearly all the nationalist rebels (the Kurds are still fighting), America, perhaps Israel, and to a lesser extent the soviets. In WWII it was France, Britain, America, Russia, and the nations that didn't want to fight anyway and were saved by the allies, such as Greece, Yugoslavia, and Denmark and Norway.
