If a teammate attacks and kills me in a team game, is this a valid reason to report him? Same question for a player that uses all the cards for himself without any valid reason. They're essentially ruining the game for everyone (especially for the one that's getting killed by his own teammate).

Nope, it is not since the only way to report someone is when someone takes too long.

Attacking teammates isn’t agains the rules. Even if you did attempt to report them, you’d get a message saying that attacking teammates isn’t reportable. If you tried to bypass that message, moderators would ignore the report.

Not discussing who’s using cardsa isn’t reportable; good teammates would discuss who’s using which cards.

Taking to long to take turns isn’t reportable either.

What I meant to say is that there is a report button where you can report that time when he/she took turns in the specific amount of time.

you simply cannot say that. Ofcourse there can be scneario when its rly obvious when team killing is a toxic thing to do but i think its better of just not being reportable as it would probably lead to a lot of unecessary reports.
