... create it with the Diplomacy mod

Fizzer has updated the Diplomacy mod to be much more user friendly.

Also, this is new: once a week, members can invite non-members for free to games with mods.

So let's get some diplo mods going (which was the #1 requested feature on uservoice).

I just don't know what templates people play, or like, so help me out here.

Notes:
- There will be no PE. The mod takes care of alliances. While allied with someone, you cannot attack each other (you can still send attack orders to your ally, and you'll see them in the Orders list, but those orders are cancelled by the mod if attacking someone you're at peace with)
- No public attack declarations are needed (you're welcome to still do it)
- Everyone starts at war (I know this is different compared to current diplo games)
- You have to use the mod menu to propose an alliance for a fixed number of turns. When that number of turns ends, you can attack each other. If you're already allied to someone (say, for 6 more turns) and you send a new proposal (say, for 1 turn), and the other player accepts, your last proposal overrides the old one, and you'll be allied for 1 turn instead of 6.
