When i import the image (jpeg) , it doesn't show on the map (no worries, i use "google advance image search" and change the picture i search to "free to use, share and modify"). Did i left out some steps or I just simply couldn't make the image appear due to it is not possible to do it?

You cannot use images in warlight maps, only vectors.
