1. Is there any way to search for single player community levels by name?
2. Is there any way to sort community lvl by most liked, ratio of liked to attempted, or % success rate?
3. How do I create a map? I want to use the Earth template, and change the army lvls of each country to my own choosing, and add a boss, and make terrotories neutral, etc. How do I do this?
4. I am looking to see if something like this exists: Player is USA. Boss in Germany with strong army. France is ally with very few armies. We can airlift to them. England is weakish ally who also control India. Russia is 3rd team. China is neutral with large army. Japan is allied with Germany. USA receives large bonuses.

1. Not officially, but Googling a level name with "site:warzone.com" at the end should find it.
2. Yes, assuming you're in the Unity client. Just click Sort at the top. If you're in Flash you can switch to Unity by clicking your name in the upper right, or installing the iOS/Android app.
3. Click Help -> FAQ to see how to make a map. But it sounds like you're trying to make a level or template, not a map.

For 1) and 2) if you install https://war.app/Forum/106092-mulis-userscript-tidy-up-dashboard then you can.
As far as I know, there isn't a public place where the SVGs of those maps are kept. You could try asking the person that created those maps.
