Join or Decline

Whenever a player is invited to a game or tournament, they are given the option to join or decline the game invite.

Note that if a player accepts or otherwise joins a tournament or consents to getting quickmatch games, or joins a ladder, the individual games made by the those systems cannot be declined since a winner must be declared in these game types.

In Tournament and ladder games, after the direct boot time has been exhausted, a player can be force joined.
