WarLight allows players to send feedback to map creators.  You can find the Send Feedback button on the map preview screen, which can be accessed several different ways:

This feedback is delivered to map creators via e-mail.  Note that it may take up to 24 hours for the map creator to receive this feedback, since they're sent daily summaries if lots of people are sending feedback.
