The percentage of armies removed from territories bordering the epicenter can be reduced per territory by a customizable amount (defaults to 25, min 0, max 100). 0 means always same percentage of damage done to all bordering territories in range. First territory bordering territory gets full damage, next territory gets full damage minus spread, next gets full damage minus spread minus spread and so on, until no damage done or reached end of blast range.
