You can pay to become a WarLight '''member''' which allows you to play without advertisements and also unlocks some additional features for you to use.

==Membership does not make you stronger!==
Membership unlocks new features and gets rid of advertisements. It doesn't increase your chances at winning a game. WarLight doesn't sell additional armies, [[cards]], or anything that would give paying players an advantage over free players. Players have the same chances to win as members.

The Recent Games page, located under the Community tab, lets [https://www.warlight.net/wiki/Membership Members] see games by any players that were completed in the last 24 hours. One goal of this page is for live-streamers that want to look for interesting games to find and review.

The page has an algorithm to try and rank how interesting games are. For example, it ranks games with players with high [[ladder]] ranks more highly than games without, [[coin]]/[[tournament]]/[[ladder]] games higher, and [[lottery]] games lower.
